Dan Ravenel, Founder and Broker in Charge
As a ninth generation Charlestonian, Dan grew up in the Historic District and has long been a civic leader. His education was obtained almost entirely in Charleston and he graduated from the College of Charleston (1972). He has served on numerous boards and commissions in Charleston and the state of South Carolina. His deep interest in real estate ethics has led him to chair several committees of Realtors and he serves as a mediator to resolve disputes between his colleagues. In 2007 and 2008 Dan served as chair of the S. C. Higher Education Study committee mandated by the State Legislature to develop a strategic plan for Higher Education in the state. Currently, he is serving on the board of trustees for the College of Charleston. The Daniel Ravenel Real Estate Company was founded on March 1st 1983 and the company has had over 2 billion in real estate sales since its inception. On February 23, 2007 the firm became Daniel Ravenel Sotheby’s International Realty. Dan is actively involved in broker management as well as real estate sales.
As part of the family tradition, Daniel has been involved in real estate most of his life. He grew up in Charleston, attending Porter-Gaud School, and graduating from the College of Charleston in 2007, with a degree in Psychology. After graduation Daniel pursued his interest in psychology, but has found his true passion is real estate. He finds his psychology background fits well with his current duties working with owners, tenants, and maintenance personnel. He is a licensed in South Carolina as a property manager and realtor, and takes an active part of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors property management committee. Daniel enjoys boating, music, soccer, and snow skiing.

Chris Conway
Director of Property Management
Originally from New York, Chris has called Charleston home for the past decade. He has built his career in hospitality with a strong focus on real estate and property management since 2015. Over the years, Chris has gained experience in residential sales, vacation rentals, maintenance, and new construction, and he currently holds his South Carolina Real Estate License.
Since joining the Daniel Ravenel Real Estate Property Management team in 2023, Chris has focused on building strong relationships and consistently exceeding client expectations. In October 2025, he accepted the position of Director of Property Management, continuing to lead with a commitment to service, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends—often at the beach with their Goldendoodle, Martha Stewart.
Chaz Dennis
Property Manager
Chaz Dennis is a Charleston native born and raised. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the College of Charleston in 2018. Upon graduation he began work in the field of property management, and has developed a wide range of skills. Chaz joined the Daniel Ravenel team in 2022 and plans to contribute to the growth of the company. When he is not working he enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his dogs, Cypress and Birch.
Steven Milonas
Assistant Director of Property Management
Originally from New Hampshire, Steven relocated to Charleston in 2015. A graduate of Keene State College, he brings more than four years of experience in non-profit management and counseling. Steven thrives on staying busy and finding creative solutions, making property management a natural fit.
Since joining the Daniel Ravenel Real Estate Property Management team in April 2015, Steven has been an invaluable part of the company’s growth and success. In October 2025, he accepted the position of Assistant Director of Property Management, continuing to expand his leadership and support across the division.
Outside of work, Steven enjoys traveling the world, exploring new cuisines—especially anything spicy and playing outdoor sports.
Amy Carroll
Office Coordinator/Bookkeeper
Originally from Upstate South Carolina, Amy relocated to Charleston in September 2007 with her husband and their then two-year-old daughter, Brooke. She joined the Daniel Ravenel Real Estate Property Management team in 2009 after two years with a commercial real estate firm, where she worked as a bookkeeper.
Over the years, Amy’s role has evolved from bookkeeping to overseeing many of the day-to-day operations within the property management division. She draws on her extensive financial background and attention to detail to integrate new technologies that enhance the company’s accounting and management systems.
Amy and her husband now have two children — Brooke, who attends Coastal Carolina University, and Andrew, who is in middle school — along with two dogs, a feisty little pup named Zoe and a Goldendoodle named Lucy. Outside of work, Amy enjoys reading, cooking, and watching sports, especially college football.

Jean Stacy
Property Manager
Jean Stacy is a native Savannahian, she has been in property management for 20 years. She has worked as a new homes specialist for a local home builder. Prior to that, Stacy had 30 years of experience in hospitality management, including the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills and the Hotel Intercontinental. She was an Events Sales Coordinator at Jillian's Entertainment of Universal City. In that position, she booked major events both corporate and private between the food and beverage community and the elite of film, television and charity fundraising. When she is not working she enjoys golf and spending time with family and friends.
Rob Poulsen
Property Manager
In his current role, Rob collaborates closely with executive teams to conceptualize and execute comprehensive campaigns that align with brand messaging and support business initiatives. They actively monitor industry trends to stay ahead of market developments, integrating insights into strategic planning. Known for his ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, Rob efficiently manages project priorities and lead teams toward achieving Go-To-Market objectives, ensuring customers and clients alike are meeting and exceeding their real estate goals. As a licensed real estate professional in Georgia and a member of the National Association of REALTORS, Rob brings a unique perspective to marketing in the real estate sector, enhancing outreach through diverse channels, including social media, direct mail, and digital advertising.
