An emergency is a life-threatening situation or one that involves uncontrollable water, natural gas, or electrical sparking, fire, or complete loss of basic utility services.

• If you are in immediate danger, CALL 911.
• If you are smelling natural gas, call Dominion Energy 800-815-0083.
• If you have a waterflood, call our office. You may also need to call Charleston Water at 843-727-6800 to have the water turned off.
• If you have a leaking toilet or faucet turn off the valves and put in a maintenance request.
